- If you are not completely satisfied for any
reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price
- All items must be returned in their original
NEW with tags condition without any changes. (E.g. taking set out of
zipper bags, washed, etc.)
- We happily accept returns for unused/unwashed
sets that are still folded in their original packaging and
re-sellable. We will accept returns within 5 days (minus shipping
costs) from the date of receipt of product and we must receive the package
within 14 days.
- We want every customer to be completely
satisfied, before, during and after the transaction. Please feel

We cannot accept returns of merchandise that is used, laundered,
or soiled.
Note: You may unzip the package slightly to
inspect for color and feel (remember sheets may feel slightly starch prior to
their first wash), and simply zip it back up. That is fine, but once the
item(s) has been taken fully out of the bag and unfolded, it will not qualify
for a refund.
