SHIPPING&LOCATIONS: Order are shipped from Hongkong. International  shipping takes time, in export, import, and customs clearance. Returning item must be sent back to China address otherwise we are unable to receive. Please contact us for  returning  address before ship back any item. Shipping is through Int’l Registered Air Mail with full insurance coverage. We do not make a dime out of shipping. We compensate shipping from time to time! 

LIABILITIES: We ensure your parcel leave our warehouse most securely but we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidence (damages, lost, customs delay, etc.) during the transportation because that is BEYOND OUR CONTROL. However we will provide you with all assistance necessary in tracking and claiming for insurance.

DUTY&TAX: We are not responsible for import duty and tax if any. Please note that insurance coverage is based on order value. If we were asked to lower the declared value, you would be exposed to a less compensation for lost or damage.

SIZE&COLOR: Read carefully our sizing conversion chart with detailed measurement before a purchase. Select your size and color in the drop-down menu or leave us message. Color coming out from photos can be slightly different due to camera, light or your computer screen effect.

PAYMENT: Payment or arrangements for payment need to be made within 7 days from the end of the auction or purchase. If we have not heard from you within this time the transaction will be subject to cancellation. After 7 days of non-payment the system will automatically open an unpaid case. Not paying for an item on eBay could result into an indefinite suspension to your account.

RETURN&EXCHANGE:  Buyer may return the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping fees if buyer meets the following requirements:

1.     Item must be in the original condition buyer received it in.

2.     RMA number must be included in the box when the item is returned, with the reason for return for our record. (Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer).

Exchanges are possible for different sizes, styles, or colors. Any postage fees incurred due to an exchange are payable by the buyer requesting the exchange.
