QUESTIONS: If you have a question or comment, or need help finding something, please scroll to the bottom of page – ASK A QUESTION – I try to describe things as best as I can, please look at pictures too. An email response to your question will be sent within 24 hours.

RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your item, please email us within 7 days of receipt of item (extended for Christmas). Returned items are accepted, they must be returned in re-sellable condition, and we cannot accept items returned with odors, damage or without original packaging (if any).  There will be a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Once item is received back to us, we will send refund to your PayPal Account.   My goal is to have happy customers, so I will do what I can to make things right.  Defective items will be replaced without additional cost to the buyer.

SHIPPING: The shipping amount is posted in all our listings.  Under the purchase price, is the shipping amount for your area – this amount will be added to the purchase price. For more information find the – SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS – tab under the item picture. We combine shipping; it is more cost effective to buy multiple items at one time. Shipping will be combined if you make all your purchases and pay on one invoice -  we ship ASAP once payment is received – if shipping seems TOO HIGH – please request an invoice before you pay and we will access/adjust.   Most items include FREE shipping in the USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship airmail First Class and Priority mail, I have sent many items out of the US without problems or loss, sometimes things do get held up in customs which is beyond my control.  I wait 30 days, if the parcel has not arrived after that time, I will work out details to reship. All duty, taxes, tariffs, etc. charged by a country outside the USA are the buyers responsibility.  Each country has different rules about such matters.  We try our best to transport in the least expensive way possible – if the total purchases are over $150.00US – I require Priority mail for tracking purposes.  Many of our little bears come in clear plastic/Plexiglas display cases.  These cases can be removed to reduce shipping.
