We want our customers to be satisfied and safe knowing they can return their items, no questions asked! If you are not happy with your items for any reason, simply follow these 3 easy steps!
1. Email us to get the return mailing address (Please do not return the item without contacting us)
2. Write down 'RETURN' on envelop and return to the address provided.
3. Please note that postage is NOT refundable. We will only refund back the amount of the item(s), and not the shipping and handling amount. When free shipping is offered, the shipping cost with $1 handling charges will be deducted from the price of item
Returns Restrictions:
1) all returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your package.
2) If item is damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.
3) The item(s) must be unopened and returned to us as received.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
The first class international mail does not cover insurance. So if you decided to choose 1st class international mail (which is cheap), we will be not responsible for loss or damage

Most items we list are either previously used or vintage and may show some use. Please see item condition for any wear. We will mention any damage in the listing but if there is no damage listed means that item is in good used condition.
Many of my items have been previously used and I cannot guarantee that they have not been exposed to pets, smoke or perfumes... I try not to sell anything which looks like have smoke smell. Please consider this before bidding if you are allergic or sensitive to candles, gas grill BBQ's, cigarette smoke, perfumes, dry cleaning fluids, scented laundry detergent, fabric softener, burnt food, household cleaners, etc. My home is very clean and is smoke-free and pet free environment
