Great product.
This is a great product, and I wished I hadn't waited until the great toilet paper scarcity of 2020 to get one. I will say that insulation wasn't quite as easy as everyone had indicated. I wish the instructions had words and not just pictures. It would especially helped to install the tubing to the apparatus first and then to the water source second so that you don't spray water in your face. POSITIVES— -Easy to install. -Works great -Simple and easy to use controls. -The spray angle adjustment is a great feature. -The water control knob is like any water valve in that it controls flow and pressure. -The water line is clear which helps hide it. NEGATIVES—(In spite of the negatives listed below I intend to buy another unit.) -The flanges the seat hardware fits through are partially exposed after the seat is re-installed which hurts the appearance. Love This Bidet
Due to many spine surgeries I am unable to reach and take care of business easily anymore. So, in preparation for another upcoming spinal surgery, I decided to purchase this bidet. I LOVE IT! I don't know how I lived without it all these Years! I purchased the cold water bidet because my plumbing is far from my toilet. I was concerned I would not like the cold water only bidet but it doesn't bother me a bit. I almost bought the one with hot water, but after thinking about it and realizing I'd have to run the hot water for a while to obtain hot water to the unit, I decided the cold would work fine. If I had an instant hot water heater then I would have gone to the trouble of plumbing it to the hot water line. As it turns out I'm thrilled with this bidet and it's cold water! Installation was ... Refreshing!
My wife loves it. Does anything else matter? She went from a dozen rolls of toilet paper a week to one. Sidenote: she is using wet ones to keep the front hole clean instead of TP. And as I dude, I still need a little TP, but it's good and we both think it's refreshing!

I'll start by saying this is my first ever bidet, so I don't have anything to compare it to. In general, it was straightforward enough to install, although a couple parts could use clearer instructions. It works, but you have to turn the intensity up to at least the second dot for it to actually reach where it needs to go. Then after the 3rd dot the water pressure is super high and it tends to splash everywhere instead of just hit the region of interest. I'll start by saying this is my first ever bidet, so I don't have anything to compare it to.
