ACCEPTANCE POLICY -1- If you agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions as stated in our listing and below, please proceed with bidding.
CONTACTING US -1- Please contact us by e-mail through EBay. -2- We attempt to check our emails on a regular basis, however, please allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply. We do not watch our e-mails 24 hours / 7 days per week. -3- If no reply within 48 hours, please send us another e-mail. -4- Please contact us to resolve any problem prior to completing a dispute, claim or leaving feedback. The EBay process functions great with communication and cooperation.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT -1- In case of damage during shipping, please contact us with 24 hours of receipt. -2- Be sure to keep all packaging material, original shipping box, auction item and all pieces (this is required to file a claim). -3- Digital photographs of damaged item may be required from buyer via email. -4- There are different rules for each shipping carrier, thus, we will need to contact you with the specifics. -5- All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) prior to returning to us.
DISCREPANCIES -1- Any discrepancies from the listing must be reported to us within 24-48 hours of receipt of package. -2- Please inspect goods upon receipt. -3- All discrepancy reports must be sent to us by email through the EBay site. -4- All problem resolution should be attempted between buyer/seller prior to completing a PayPal / EBay dispute or leaving feedback. -5- All returns must obtain a RMA# prior to returning to us.
FEEDBACK -1- We will leave Feedback for all Buyers after they receive & inspect the merchandise and leave us feedback. We have implemented this policy to encourage Buyers to leave feedback (sadly, many buyers never get around to leaving feedback). We appreciate your understanding. -2- Feedback is based on the item sold, description of item sold, communication between parties, promptness in shipping package out to Buyer (not responsible for the shipping time of the shipping carrier because once we deliver to the carrier it is out of our control), care of packaging, ECT. -3- It is an EBay policy that problem resolution is attempted BEFORE leaving feedback. Thus, any neutral or negative feedback left without FIRST giving us a chance to resolve will be regrettably returned. Let's make EBay a positive experience by following EBay’s rules and guidelines!
INTERNATIONAL / FOREIGN BUYERS -1- All foreign buyers must receive approval from us prior to bidding. -2- All foreign buyers are responsible to determine if the item is allowed & not restricted for shipment into their country prior to bidding. We are not responsible for any items purchased from us & refused by your country entry because it is restricted. -3- All foreign buyers are responsible for brokerage fee's plus their countries duties and taxes. -4- Buyer is responsible to resolve any damage disputes caused by Customs (photos taken at time of shipment to verify condition).
INVOICE -1- An Invoice will be emailed at auction close by us or if desired, the buyer may select to pay us at auction close & check out through eBay & PayPal (be sure to select the shipping method you desire). -2- If multiple shipping options offered in the listing, please be sure to contact us at auction close & specify method of shipment desired (or you may check-out yourself and select the shipping method desired).
NON-PAYMENT -1- We reserve the right to immediately re-list an unpaid item if the Buyer does not pay per the terms of the listing.
OFFERS (BEST OFFERS) -1- We will consider all REASONABLE Offers. -2- For your consideration when submitting an offer to us, we do not consider a discount of 50% or more off the listed price as Reasonable.
PACKAGING -1- This auction will be carefully packaged to insure safe delivery to you. Thus, our final delivery weight & package size may be more than other sellers on eBay.
PAYMENT -1- We accept PayPal. -2- Contact us for Payment Methods for a local pickup at our location or local deliveries. Please contact us in advance for specifics prior to bidding. -3- Buyer to notify seller of payment method at auction close. -4- Payment required within 3 days of auction close or we reserve the right to re-list the item. -5- On some items with a history of non-paying bidders, we may require immediate payment (check the listing details-usually stated at top of listing in bold letters). -6- Buy-It-Now Auctions require immediate payment.
RETURNS - WHEN LISTING STATES WE ACCEPT RETURNS: -1- Please refer to each individual listing for our return policy. -2- If the listing states we accept a return, the listing will state the time frame and any other requirements involved with a return. -3- All returns will require a RMA# be issued prior to your return.
RETURNS - WHEN LISTING STATES NO RETURN/SOLD AS IS: -1- If the listing states Sold As Is, we do not accept returns. -2- If for some reason we do agree to a return on a Sold As Is listing, it will require a RMA# be issued by us prior to returning, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and the return must depart your location back to us within 14 days of receipt. -3- If we do issue a RMA# on a Sold As Is listing, it must be returned in the condition stated in the original listing with all items included. -4- If we do issue a RMA# on a Sold As Is listing, there will be a 20% restocking/processing fee and our original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the listing was with Free Shipping, our original shipping cost will be deducted from the total value before the 20% is calculated.
SHIPPING -1- You are in control of the shipping cost and in-transit delivery time of this auction. Just select the shipping option that fits the best for your needs. We are not responsible for the in-transit time of the shipping carrier (it is out of our control once we deliver the package to the carrier). -2- We ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS (at our discretion). -3- You will be charged just the actual carriers shipping fees to you. -4- Use the calculator to determine the cost to your location (unless listing states a “Flat Fee To All”). -5- All items will have either a delivery confirmation or tracking number assigned. You will be emailed with this information at the time of shipment. -6- Insurance is included for your protection and peace of mind. -7- Orders will ship from our location within 1- 2 business days of cleared payment (unless the listing states differently). -8- We ship daily Monday through Friday.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS -1- We will only ship to the PayPal CONFIRMED shipping address (buyer’s responsibility to keep information current). -2- We ship to the lower 48 states and Canada. Residence of AK, HI, and PR must contact us for a shipping quotation. -3- All other foreign locations, please be sure to contact us for approval prior to bidding & if approved, we will provide a shipping quote if you provide us with an address.
SHIPPING METHODS -1- We usually give the Buyer several different shipping options. -2- You are in control of the shipping cost and in-transit delivery time of this auction. Just select the shipping option that fits you the best. -3- We are not responsible for the in-transit time of the shipping carrier (it is out of our control once we deliver the package to the carrier). -4- We can only offer MEDIA MAIL on certain items (books, cd, dvd, ect). Even though this is an inexpensive way to ship BE AWARE that this type of mail does not have a guaranteed delivery time (USPS estimates between 7-14 days but it can & many times takes longer).
