Full Head Set consisting of:

 The pictures of the hair colour are taken using a high resolution camera.  Please note that due to the different setting on PC monitors/screens, there may be slight variation in the actual shade colour.

It is understandable that due to the broad range of natural human hair shades that the colour purchased may not always be suitable.  Therefore we offer a free colour exchange or even a refund.   All that we ask is that you do not remove the item from its packaging & that all tags must be intact & show no signs of use. (Please see below for Terms of Sale/ Returns Policy for full details)

Care Instructions

How to Wash:  (Recommended after 3-4 uses)

1.   Do Not Rub or Roll The Hair When Washing.

2.   Using either a mild (or baby) shampoo, add a small amount to some lukewarm water

3.   Thoroughly rinse the hair with some lukewarm  water to remove any soapy residue

4.   Apply a small amount of conditioner that is specially formulated for synthetic hair & leave for up to 5 minutes

5.   Rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water

6.   Using a towel, pat the hair to remove excess water

7.   Do not comb the hair whilst wet.

8.   Allow to naturally air dry

How to Curl:  (Curling tongs with adjustable temperature control)

1.   Set curling tongs to temperature of around 160°C

2.   Section the hair

3.   Spray the hair with water

4.   Roll the sections hair around the barrel & hold for about 5 seconds

5.   Keeping the shape of the curl, slide the curled section off the barrel & allow to cool.

6.   Repeat the process until all the desired hair is curled

How to Curl:  (Recommend Method Using Hot Water)

1.   Bring a saucepan of water to low boil.

2.   Section the hair

3.   Wind the sectioned hair around some rollers

4.   Place the rollers in the hot water for about 5 seconds

5.   Carefully remove the roller from the water & place onto a towel & pat to remove excess water

6.   Keeping the shape of the curl, carefully remove the roller

7.   Allow the hair to air dry

8.   Repeat the above steps until all the desired hair is done

To Straighten:  (Using Straightening Irons With Adjustable Temperature Control. Do not use GHD’s as they can be too hot & can damage the hair fibres)

1.   Set the straightening irons to a temperature around 160°C

2.   Section the hair

3.   Spray the hair section with some water

4.   Starting from the bottom to the top, using a wide toothed comb, gently comb through section.  Do not pull or tug on any tangles as this will damage the fibres

5.   Run the straightening iron through the section

6.   Place the straightened section flat & allow to cool

7.   Repeat above steps until all the desired hair is done

To Straighten:  (Using Hot Water)

1.   Using a saucepan of  low boiled water,

2.   Carefully dip the curled ends of the hair into the water & hold for a few seconds

3.   Lift the hair straight & hang allowing to air dry naturally

Payment is to be made via PayPal within 24 hours of either auction listing ending or buy it now purchase, whichever is applicable.  Please do not purchase if you do not intend to complete the transaction.

Dispatch & Shipping

Once payment has been received item will posted out.  If payment is received before 1PM then item will be dispatched same day. Once item has been posted out, you will be updated with any tracking details if applicable.  Due to Royal Mail price changes, buyers requesting Special Delivery for a Saturday delivery will be charged at a higher rate. Please request an invoice for this before making payment.  Please note that I do not post out items on Saturdays.

Estimated shipping times:  Items posted out via 1^st Class standard post usually take 1-2 working days or 2nd Class standard usually 2-3 working days via Royal Mail & although this is not guaranteed, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.  If you require the item urgently, I can arrange for your purchase to be sent out via Special delivery at an additional cost of £4.99. Please request an invoice for this.

Terms of Sale

I am certain that you will be happy with you purchase.  But if for any reason you are not, you can return the item within 7 working days of receipt for an exchange/refund minus any postage cost.  The item MUST be returned in its original & unused condition, with the tags still attached & must not have been removed from the packaging. Due to hygiene, items which have been removed from their packaging or show signs of use will not be exchanged/refunded.  Please also note that postage costs are non-refundable.  Refunds will only be issued once goods have been received back. Therefore I would advise returns be made via trackable means. Cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer.
