Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: YES, Music Parts Plus ships worldwide, except for the certain coutries listed.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Q. What forms of payment does Music Parts Plus accept?
A. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards only.
Q. Does Music Parts Plus do back orders?
A. Music Parts Plus does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be canceled unless a replacement item is requested.
Payment Policy: Music Parts Plus accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Any order that has not been paid for within 3 days will be canceled and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened on Ebay.

A. Send us an email to receive a Return Authorization code. Return requests received within 15 days will receive a refund to the original payment method. If return request is received after 15 days only a store credit will be issued.

Music Parts Plus was founded in March 2007. After a year of growing in leaps and bounds, we had to shutdown temporarily to re-organize and re-group. To be honest, we never thought it would grow as big as it did as fast as it did and we weren't prepared for it. We knew we couldn't keep up with our customer's expectations if we continued at this rate and we had to get better organized, so as not to let our customers down in the future.
So, Music Parts Plus went out and partnered up with some of the biggest and most professional organizations in the world. We've incorporated a warehouse automation system and technology, that now makes our shipping department more efficient than Wal..., well I can't say it, but it rhymes with ...almart. We've partnered up with a marketplace manager that allows us to extend our brand to more than 30 different shopping sites. We've developed and trained the finest customer service representatives, product managers and administrative staff.
