Upon winning an auction the buyer has agreed to purchase the listed item as stated in the ad. Seller is not responsible for items assumed to be in the auction, questions regarding items must be resolved prior to bidding. Seller will not be held responsible for questions not resolved prior to end of auction. Upon bidding, buyer assumes the knowledge of what is being bid on, terms and conditions of the auction, eBay user agreement and policies regarding auction items and the condition of product as stated in the auction ad. Butler Survey Supplies Ltd. takes great care to ensure auction ads contain full disclosure of all information related to the auction ad however; unforeseen issues with auction items may arise.

Butler Survey Supplies Ltd. is an eBay compliant company and therefore dispute resolution will be handled in accordance to the eBay User Agreements.

Pricing Policy

Auction pricing is based on manufactured suggested retail price (MSRP) or minimum advertised price (MAP), in order to remain compliant with our manufacturer's pricing guideline Butler Survey Supplies Ltd. is required to follow pricing guidelines set out by manufacturers. However discounts may occur from time to time that allow seller to go outside of pricing guidelines.

Shipping Terms

Butler Survey Supplies will ship within 1-3 Business days of confirmed receipt of payment. For shipping quotes, the buyer must provide the postal code or zip code of their location. If buyer does not select a preferred shipment company or method, Butler Survey Supplies Ltd. will use UPS for shipments outside of Canada and Purolator for shipments within Canada unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

Please Note: In some cases, there may be additional brokerage and duty charges, these are unforeseen costs to us as the seller and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote prior to bidding.

Return Policy

Buyer must notify seller within 3 days of receipt of item of any problems that may require a return or refund, this will be regulated by shipping tracking number. Upon SELLER APPROVAL of return, the item can be shipped back to seller at the BUYER'S EXPENSE. Upon return, the returned item will be inspected and issue of refund will take place providing the item is in working order and no apparent damage is present. Seller will reserve the right to replace or repair the item if such action can be taken. If item does not meet return policy, a refund on the item will not be honored.

On used items that were shipped to buyer, please see the terms of bidding on used items above, refunds on problems with untested used items will be dealt with on a case to case basis but will not necessarily result in a refund and restocking fees will still apply.

Please Note: Restocking fees of 25% of item sale price will be charged on returns unless alternate arrangements have been specified by seller before the item is shipped back to seller.
