DSLR Follow Focus is a focus control mechanism, used in film and video cameras. It is not only strictly necessary but also ergonomic; in other words it does not contribute to the basic functionality of a camera, instead it allows the operator to be more efficient and precise. It is usually operated by a focus puller but some camera operators prefer to pull their own focus .
DSLR Follow Focus works through a set of gears attached to teeth on the focus ring of the lens. These gears feed to a wheel which, when turned by a focus puller, will spin the teeth and thus the ring on the lens.

Rail Rod is an essential requisite of Follow Focus. Quick Release Plate fits to most cameras and prevents your camera from rotating or moving on the plate. The Plate is designed to allow access to all cameras controls and functions without removing the plate; to provide maximum contact area to the bottom of the camera, so as to increase stability and help to minimize flexing of the camera body.

Matte box is a device used on the end of a lens to block the sun or other light source to prevent glare, which functions as that of lens hood. Besides, matte box is also be used to hold glass or plastic filters in place in front of the lens.
It works with standard 15mm rail rod support systems, and fits lens from 43mm to 77mm sizes.(others do not fit.)
