Returns for refund:
1 - Refund only for BRAND NEW ITEMS. Brand new items can be returned for refund within the first 30 days.
2 - The return items must be READY-TO-SELL condition, never used or installed.
3 - Buyer is responsible for all returning shipping costs and custom duty fees which associated with the returns.
4 - A minimum 15% Re-Stocking fee will be charged. Original shipping cost is NOT refundable.
5 - The return package must have a valid RA#. Buyer needs to contact us first to get this Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns for exchange:
1 - We offer 1 YEAR warranty against workmanship defects under normal use.
2 - Buyer needs to ship back the defects parts with original installation receipt for the replacement.
