We contact our customers mainly by emails. Skype, and other instant message software such as MSN are also used to enhance the mutual communication. About Products
1. We don’t sell fake items.
2. We don’t accept specification changes or a different shipping method from the previously agreed after the payment is made.
3.Returns are only accepted if the item you receive is not the item listed or the item is defective.
4. S/h can’t be returned except they are defective.
5. Items must be returned with original packaging.
6. All products come with manufacturer’s one-year warranty.
Shipping and Insurance
1. Two kinds of shipping methods are offered: EMS and airmail. We will provide the tracking numbers to keep you updated with the shipment status. Insurance is highly recommended.
2. Combining shipments is available. Delivering via EMS is the best way recommended. It’s quick and safe.
3. We always declare items in low values and mark them as gifts to try to avoid the tax. If you have other request or problems about this, please contact us.
4. We ship to your eBay shipping address only. If it is not the address to send and should there be any return or loss incurred as a result, we can’t return the payment.
5. We will ship the package within three working days after the payment is received, and the duration of shipment is usually as the following:
EMS: 3-5 days
Airmail: 10-21 days.
6. All items are shipped from Taiwan, and the price doesn’t include your import tax. We are not sure whether you have to pay the import tax or not, but all packages will be declared as gifts with low values.
7. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
8.Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
