ALL RETURNS, DEFECTIVE OR NOT MUST BE REPORTED via email or phone WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM, NO EXCEPTIONS. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
