Appears to have been new but the radio it was on has been moved around on shelves many times. Consequently the face may have slight imperfections now. (From being rubbed or brushed up against a few times.) They would be hard to see from a normal viewing distance/angle. It is an excellent face with like-new buttons, knobs and lens. You will not be disappointed unless you are expecting absolute perfection. If that's the case, you probably need to buy a brand new vehicle and not a new radio face for a 10+ year old vehicle... It is safe to say this will be in MUCH better shape than the rest of your vehicle. :)”
