| A few words about the USPS - The US Post Office has recently experienced significant budget cuts. As long term Ebay sellers, we are starting to see a decline in their service, particularly for First Class mail.. If delivery time is important to you, please consider upgrading your shipping to Priority Mail particularly during holiday times (Nov to mid-Jan). We recently had 100 packages misrouted, resulting in US delivery times of 2-17 days for First Class mail. ALL of our US Priority packages in that group were delivered within 3 days.
We always do our part and ship very quickly, normally the same day we receive cleared payment. But once the package leaves our facility, we have absolutely no control over when it arrives.
If your USPS Delivery confirmation number yields the following message "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on XX/XX/XX to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date...", this message is generated when we purchase the postage and print your mailing label. Our local Post Office does not scan on acceptance and the USPS is not required to scan except on delivery. Please DO NOT infer from this message that your package has not been mailed. It has. YOU MAY CONTINUE TO SEE THIS MESSAGE UNTIL THE DAY OF DELIVERY.
Additionally, if your label was printed after 5pm Eastern, the date in the message above will be TOMORROW'S date even though your package was mailed TODAY.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes. FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders. If you choose a faster method, you will only be charged one shipping charge as long as all items are paid for in one transaction.
Do you offer discounts on multiple items?
We offer multi-packs that are discounted. Free shipping and free shipping of additional items provide significant savings for orders of more than one item.
Do I have to go through checkout?
Ebay's checkout provides a direct link to Paypal and our credit card merchant account. If you choose not to complete checkout and make a manual payment instead, shipment of your order may be delayed because the order will not be automatically moved into our shipping queue.
Can you send me a tracking number?
Tracking is only available for Express Mail or Priority Mail. Free shipping does not include tracking. If not having this information will be distressing to you, please upgrade your shipping method to Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Has my item been shipped? Why haven't I received emails from you?
We send automated "Item Winner" emails with payment info, "Item Reminder" emails if payment has not been received and "Item Shipped" emails when your item is sent to you. If you haven't received them, please check your email spam filter to make sure it isn't filtering too heavily. Customers using Yahoo and Hotmail often have this problem.
Your Ebay email address (not your Paypal email address) is the one we import for communicating with you.
Do you take orders by phone? Can I pick up my order?
We currently sell exclusively through Ebay and do not take phone orders or offer local pickups.
Do you provide technical support?
There is a link in our listings which provides detailed information about DC jack replacement. To keep our staff size small and our prices low, we are unable to provide further support.
My item hasn't arrived. Where is it?
While most US shipments arrive within 6 business days and most international shipments within 14 business days (business days do not include weekends and holidays) the USPS does not guarantee delivery times of anything except Express Mail. Delivery times of First Class Mail vary greatly.
If your item has not been delivered in the US within 2 weeks, or internationally within 30 days, please email and let us know. And please, always keep in mind, we do not control the Post Office. We are as much at their mercy as you are.
How soon will you ship my item?
Most orders are shipped the same day cleared payment is received. All orders are shipped within one business day of receipt of cleared payment. Shipping priority is given to orders being shipped by Express Mail and Priority Mail.

Even though we share a border, it has been our experience that delivery of First Class mail to Canada takes significantly longer than delivery to many other parts of the world, Europe or Australia in particular. This is due to the bottleneck of Canadian Customs.
Typical delivery of First Class mail to Canada is 2-3 weeks. During Nov to mid-Jan, this can increase to as much as 30 days. Tracking is NOT available for First Class Mail. Express Mail to Canada typically takes 5-7 days and does include tracking.
We ship promptly, but have no control over the speed of delivery, so please take the typical delivery times into account when making your shipping method selection.
