We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fit or change of opinion. Please read the description and measurements completely before making a purchase with us, we are happy to help you if you would email for guidance. , We do guarantee that all items you purchase are brand new and/or in the condition stated in the auction. If for any reason there is a discrepancy between what you received and what is described in the auction, please contact us immediately - your satisfaction is important to us. I am willing in most cases if you are unhappy with your purchase to negotiate an exchange or return if the item is returned unworn and in original brand new condition with tags attached and not smelling of smoke.
Exchange: Customer MUST contact us first. Customer MUST include a note with package including the following items....
1. EBAY USER ID NAME (we need to be able to pull your records quickly, we must know what the package is)
2. The word EXCHANGE (including the size/color to reship)
3. The cost of the new shipment (we cannot cover the cost of reshipping exchanged items)
NEGOTIATED RETURNS: Customer MUST CONTACT US FIRST.
If a return is accepted (our store policy is clear about no returns/refunds) the following requirements MUST be met.
1. CONTACT REGARDING THE NEGOTIATED RETURN MUST BE MADE WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
2. The item MUST be returned in original condition
3. The item MUST be returned within 3 days of the receipt of the package
4. Tracking number MUST be provided for the return package
5. A note included in the package MUST be provided

2. The word RETURN (so we know what to do with your package when it arrives)
6. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND A %10 RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ALL NEGOTIATED RETURNS ( there is much work that goes into shipping, returning and record keeping, this is the reason for the no returns policy to begin with)
*Please note, if you are not given permission to send back an item, the delivery will be returned to sender.
*If there is no notes sent with package and return name does not match any of our records we will not be able to send refund ( sometimes ebay account records do not match up with the return addresses on your packages, this is not our fault nor is there any other way to tell who you are)
We are sorry that these things need to be so specific, but we have many customers and many shipments we cannot remember everyone as much as we would like to. The cost of doing business does need to be covered if we intend to stay in business. Please if you are troubled by any of the policies, contact us BEFORE you make a purchase. We are ALWAYS willing to help you make sure the items are for you.
Free shipping only applies to completed transactions, returned items will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the return and the return shipping costs are the buyers responsability. There will be a transaction cancelation notice sent out and must be completed by the buyer to end the transaction, otherwise, the seller fee will also be deducted from the refund total. Exchanges for size issues are accepted with notification, if the item has an alternative size available I am happy to do so. Original item must be shipped back unworn in a reasonable amount of time. Please contact me for directions prior to returning item to expedite the process and avoid delays. The new item shipping charge must be covered by the buyer as well as the return shipping of the original item.
*ALL ITEMS ARE COMPLETELY INSPECTED AND RECORDED UPON PACKAGING*(once in a great while we will miss something, and if we do we are upright about admitting it. Please do not make up problems and claim "item not as described", we do double check measurements and conditions) If you are unsure or need absolute colors, measurements, etc, please email before purchase and please read the entire listing regarding size. Leaving false negative feedback and or intentionally damaging goods received is not an acceptable way to get a refund. We are an experienced and reasonable company and are willing to work things out, goods damaged after shipment and then returned will not be refunded. We are absolutely honest and expect that our customers will be also. If this is not a policy you agree with please do not purchase items in this store.

For combined items of different shipping rates, the highest shipping and handling rate will be used first then smaller items adjusted and applied. All international packages totalling over 4 pounds need to be shipped priority mail.
