Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. They do not include just the cost of shipment. There are additional costs such as additional packing materials, boxes, labels, labor and fuel charges.

If the package is lost in transit, replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by shipping charges.
If the buyer received incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and charge for re-shipping charge. (For domestic shipment only).
If buyer purchase the wrong item by error and wants a return, shipping and handling charges is not refundable, buyer will also be charged for return shipping cost and required a 15% to 30% restocking fees.
