Bought this as pic had same markings as my original. Bit the honcho en Mexico one showed up. Works just as well. If your garage door seems weak won't go up acts like a tired old door struggling to go up. Get you this new cap . is 4 easy wires n your back in business Garage door opener just like new now

Did not fix my problem
I bought this on the basis of what others have found and while the capacitor itself is fine it did not fix my intermittent problem Also while the label in the picture says Made in the USA the item I got did not have that label and it was actually made in Mexico That has nothing to do with the functionality I just wanted to point out that minor discrepancy in the add Later on after I took the pcb out I found a couple of cracked solder joints on the transformer leads so before you think about buying a cap to fix an intermittent problem check the board very carefully with a loupe and look for any cracks in the solder jointsI bought this on the basis of what others have found and while the capacitor itself is fine it did not fix my intermittent problem Also while the label in the picture says Made in the USA the item I got did not have that label and it was actually made in Mexico That has nothing to do with the functionality I just wanted to point out that minor discrepancy in the add Later on after I took the pcb out I found a couple of cracked solder joints on the transformer leads so before you think about buying a cap to fix an intermittent problem check the board very carefully with a loupe and look for any cracks in the solder joints
