We package all items very carefully, but are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. If you are concerned about damage or theft during shipment, please ask for us to add shipping insurance to your invoice before you pay for your order. Our past experience has been that your order will arrive safely 99.8% of the time. We have shipping damage or theft reported on less than 1 out of every 500 items shipped.
An item being returned may not show any signs of having been used and must be returned in its original packaging in saleable condition. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization and must pay for return shipping, unless we mistakenly shipped the wrong merchandise. In such an instance we reserve the right to replace the item being returned with the correct merchandise and to refund only the return shipping cost.
Returns, when authorized, must be made by the same shipping method as used when we shipped your item. As an example, if we shipped your order by First Class Mail and you return the item by Priority Mail, we will only refund the cost for returning the item by First Class Mail.
If you ordered the wrong merchandise by mistake and want to have the item replaced with a different color, design, size and/or style, then you will be responsible for paying for the cost of the return shipment as well as the shipping cost on the replacement shipment.
In very rare instances, items may contain manufacturing defects that are not apparent until the merchandise has been removed from its original packaging. In such an instance, you should contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide a complete description of the defect. Depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the defect, we may be able to replace the defective merchandise without requiring a return. We do not ask for defective items to be returned to us, unless the manufacturer requires returns before credit will be issued to us. If that happens, we will authorize you to return the defective item at our expense before we send a replacement. As mentioned previously, an item being returned may not show any signs of having been used and must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that we will not issue refunds or ship replacement items, unless a return authorization has been obtained before the merchandise is returned to us. Refunds and replacement shipments will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
