This auction is for 1 necklace. A beautiful adorable Handcuff charm with, 4 strands of silver plated chain that make up the necklace The necklace is different because the necklace attaches by a sturdy large clasp and a pair of handcuffs that do open is attached by a clasp. This necklace is size 20 inches . If the size is not right but like the style just let me know and a bigger or smaller size can be arranged. Some of my auction items the beads or charms may not be perfect. The wood beads may have scratches, tiny gauges, smudges or sanded too much on one side. The pearls have water like mark; this is how they are made. Heart beads and charms may have scuff or line mark. These marks are noticeable only if looking very close. If the flaws are too bad I do not use them. If I do use them I state in the auction

I will be shipping light packet, but I have had cases that buyers have sent mean emails over post office issues. When relying on someone else’s services sometimes problems arise beyond my control; most often the problems are very minimal and easily solved with proper communication. To fix the post office problem’s I will only guarantee the arrival of packages shipped using expedited post, which is about a $15-$20 shipping fee. This will give you a tracking number and insurance.
