This refurbished fuser assembly or maintenance kit is being sold on an "Advance Exchange" basis, which means buyers are expected to return a similar defective unit within 30 days after received the new fuser assembly or maintenance kit. Please reuse the package that you received from us to return the defective fuser assembly.

Prepaid return shipping label is included in the package, we paid the shipping cost for the core back.

There is $50USD deposit in the shipping cost. If we can't receive the fuser back in 45 days, additional charge will be issued based on the fuser core rate, most of them are $50USD.

Please remember, we cannot accept assemblies that have been damaged by improper handling or poor packaging, or are missing parts, or are beyond repair, and we reserve the right to refuse to exchange such items.

Flat rate: $12 in Canada; $15 to US. There is $50 deposit for the used core.
Local pick up is available at our Mississauga warehouse, please bring the used fuser core.

The shipping cost is for two-way shipping, a prepaid return label will be in the box that you can use it send the fuser core back to us, we pay the shipping for return.

We ship by Fedex. All the shipping will be insured and tracking number will be emailed to you.
