We label our computers as refurbished. Although 99% of the computers we receive are in perfect working order, we still put them through our professional refurbishment process.
Our refurbishing process revolves around the functionality of the computers. Items may show signs of normal cosmetic wear and tear, which do not affect the functionality of the computer.
Each computer is treated with great care and restored to its original working condition. Our Qualified Technicians meticulously perform this process at our Service Center. We even inspect the health of the capacitors located on the motherboard. THIS IS A MUST and many other vendors do not do this. Our refurbishment process only revolves around the functionality of the computer. The outside casing of the computer will have minor scratches or imperfections.

Standard shipments will be shipped through Fedex. We usually ship within 1-3 days Business Days of payment received. Tracking Numbers will be emailed shortly after. Faster service is available if requested. No local pickups please. Please ask if you would like to have a signature required for delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the same box or boxes to ensure a safer delivery. We do not ship to any location outside of the contiguous USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
We only ship to confirmed address. The shipping address must either be confirmed in Paypal or it must be the billing address for the credit card you are using. No P.O. boxes, please.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange a return within 14 days for refund or replacement. Buyer pays return shipping. If your problem cannot be resolved by our Service Department, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for replacement. We offer an outstanding 1 YEAR WARRANTY on all hardware issues of desktops or laptops. This warranty covers the computer's hardware against functional defects that are not covered by the original manufacturer. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ATTEMPTS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTY.
Laptop batteries are not covered under any warranty by us. By their nature, batteries do not typically have long lives and are generally quite unpredictable. We test all laptop batteries to ensure that they function but we have no way of knowing how long they will last. We replace any battery that is blinking or holding no charge. We also guarantee that your laptop will work perfectly off of the AC adapter which is included with your purchase.
The average battery life for an original battery is 30 minutes to one hour. New batteries can be purchased inexpensively that will last up to two hours.
Warranty excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Warranty does not cover any software issues or unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty, unless instructed to by our Technician.

Please ensure that your product is packaged as securely as possible. We request that if you are shipping back a desktop or laptop that proper packing materials are used to prevent shipping damage to the computer (preferably the original shipping materials). IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PACKAGED SECURELY, OR DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, AND WILL ONLY BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AFTER RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY CUSTOMER.
RMAs are processed within one (1) business day of delivery at our facility. Once your RMA has been processed, you can expect a refund or shipment of an exchanged product to be arranged within three (3) business days. It is possible that it may take additional time for the funds to appear back in your account because of processing time required by certain banks and credit cards.
RMA Forms MUST
