INSTALLATION
Installation
is Do-It-Yourself. Our easy
to follow, step-by-step instructions
will allow you to get your
module installed in about
20 minutes, even if you don't
have any technical experience.

Easy
steps
- Locate
the IAT (Intake Air
Temperature) sensor
in the intake.
- Cut its signal wire
and contact°
the purple wires to
the two ends. Direction
does not matter.
- Find the oxygen
sensor(s) in the exhaust.°°
- Splice blue cables
to O2 sensor's signal
wire
according
to the following wiring
table.
- Contact the red
cable of doubled wire
to the ignition feed
+12V, and the black
thread to the ground
or battery negative.
°
For contact
you might use the supplied
terminals or solder
the wires in place.
°°
On snowmobiles
without O2 sensor, leave
blue wires disconnected.

ADJUSTMENT
If no voltage
applied on the chip, engine
runs in factory mode. After
the chip is powered and LED
illuminates, you can adjust
the air fuel ratio with the
help of a simple multi-turn
(helical) potentiometer ending
in a small screw. Shipped
chip's potentiometer is adjusted
to factory mode, dial the
potentiometer screw clockwise
- right to gain more power.
- Crank the engine, wait
until it reaches the operating
temperature.
- Start the adjustment with
half turns. After each half
turn test throttle response
in neutral while acceleration
and power on the ride, making
comparative tests as 0-60
Mph, 10-50 Mph, 2000-5000
RPM, etc.
- Finish the adjustment
when the best result detected.
- Finetune the chip with
quarter turn clockwise or
counterclockwise.
Too rich mixture will not
result better performance.
When you allocated the optimum
position of the screw, do
not keep on dialing the screw
forward or backward.
Reset
and restart: Dial
30 full turns on the screw
counterclockwise - left.
When unit does not receive
+/- 12V power, the unit is
in factory mode. After feeding
12V, you can adjust fuel injection
with the help of the screw.

NON-OXYGEN SENSOR MODELS LEAVE
BLUE WIRES DISCONNECTED.

COMPATIBILITY
This performance chip module
is compatible with most popular
and general performance upgrades
such as cold air intakes,
forced induction kits, exhaust,
and ignition systems, racing
plugs, pulley kits, grounding
kits, etc.
Dyno-Boost performance chip
does not work in conjunction
with any other ECU upgrade
or reload affects the air
fuel ratio.
EXPERIENCES
ON THE RIDE
After installation of Magnum
Dyno-Boost your Sled becomes
aggressive, horsepower and
torque rates change significantly.
Acceleration increases dramatically
while consumption will be
improved.
Dyno-Boost performance chip
is supposed to perform full
remap on the factory fuel
trim throughout the RPM range
accordingly you gain explosive
extra power, lower fuel consumption
and more efficient combustion.
This unit is controlling the
fuel injection curve in multiple
ways.
First, it modifies the Mass
Air Flow sensor's signal being
read by the ECU, resulting
adjustment to the fuel curve
(AFR), on the other hand -
on oxygen sensor models -
it monitors and fools the
oxygen sensor voltage (if
any installed on the exhaust)
in order to override that
ECU restriction would diminish
the effect of AFR tuning.
