Please make sure the item is packaged properly, so as not to cause any damage to the item. • United Kingdom: If the value of the item is below £36, please send the item back via the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ service. However if the value of the item exceeds the limit, please use a secure delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day International: Please use a trackable service, similar to Royal Mail International Signed For™. • When the return item has been received, the request can be processed and the monies will be dispensed into your PayPal account.
