This warranty is not transferable, is valid to the original purchaser, and limited to the replacement of a defective product only. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Performance Part for inspection and approval. This warranty does not cover or assumes responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals. By selling on eBay, I am hoping to generate more sells since eBay has an international clientele.
