Buyers are responsible for contacting us to get additional information necessary to meet their satisfaction but not currently provided in the written information.

Tax: Shipments within Missouri are subject to sales tax. This includes items that are picked up locally. No exceptions.

Payment Information:

All payments should be received within 48 hours of the end of the auction. This allows us to ship your item in a timely manner. If you cannot pay within 48 hours you must contact us. We will take action against any payment later than 7 days. Any payment later than 10 days, the auction will be cancelled and items will be re-listed but may be done so earlier at our discretion.

1. When rating sellers on postage time, RATE THE SELLER ON THE TIME IT TOOK THEM TO MAIL THE ITEM, NOT THE TIME IT TOOK YOU TO RECEIVE THE ITEM.

You should not hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, international
custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear.

2. When rating the seller on postage and handling charges, remember that
sellers may charge actual packaging materials costs and a reasonable handling
fee to cover the seller's time and direct costs associated with postage.
For international transactions, you may also be responsible for duties, taxes,
and customs clearance fees as requested by country laws.

Shipping Times: It is our goal to ship within 10 business days of receipt of payment. Weekend and holidays may occasionally cause delays.

We send almost all of our items USPS Priority.  We find this to be the safest and most economical choice for the majority of our customers. With some exceptions like larger packages or locations where USPS is price prohibitive we occasionally ship UPS at our discretion. Shipping Charges can be calculated in the auction by adding your zip code. Please do not contact us to negotiate shipping charges/services after you have purchased the item; it hinders the shipping process and causes delivery delays.

Handling Charges: The shipping cost may include a small handling charge.  The charge is different for each item. Handling charges helps us cover our costs which are directly related to the shipping of the item for which you are bidding.

Combined shipping is also left to our discretion. Shipping charges maybe minimized when shipping multiple items however we still charge a handle fee for each item regardless of combined shipping.

Do not bid on or purchase multiple items unless you have contacted for a shipping estimate. If you do not contact us you may be expected to pay full shipping and handling costs on each item.

Overseas/Foreign shipping is also at our discretion. If you are outside the United States do not bid on or purchase our items unless shipping charges are calculated & listed or before contacting us and agreeing to a shipping quote. Buyer is responsible for all custom fees and charges incurred by the receiving countries custom authorities.

Customers with P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately we cannot ship to customers with P.O. Boxes.

Local Pick-Up: We occasionally list items for local pick-up. These items can be paid for in the store at the time of pick-up and are subject to MO sales tax and a small handling charge. Even if not stated, we may allow our local customers to pick up items in our stores but this must be requested in advance of making a purchase. Please do not assume that all items are available to be picked up locally.

Return Policy:

Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is most important to us. If the item you receive is not as described, we may refund your purchase minus the shipping and handling charges. We CAN NOT refund shipping charges. Winning Bidder will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the item (no exceptions). Please contact us before returning any items. No returns for items purchased by mistake or because winning bidder no longer desires the item.
