1.) If your order is damaged, malfunctioning or wrong order. We will be responsible for any returning postage and fees and we will ship you the right order or full refund.
2.) If you have decided to change your mind and requested for a refund before shipment process, we will have to charge eBay fees and PayPal fees for that specific transaction.
