When will I receive my item?

Please see the estimated delivery time above which is based upon economy delivery. If you need your item urgently, we offer express shipping options at checkout. Smaller items purchased by 12pm are normally dispatched on the same working day. Heavier items requiring a courier are normally shipped the next working day due to courier booking cut-off times. Please note that we will not regard an item as missing in the post until a period of 10 working days (UK) has lapsed after the date of shipping.

Shipping

Due to seller protection requirements, if you pay by Paypal, we will only ship to your Paypal shipping address. Please do not ask us to send your item elsewhere. We will not be responsible for missing items if we ship to your paypal address and this is not the correct address, even if you have asked for your item to be sent elsewhere.

Please contact us if you would like us to combine shipping costs as we are more than happy to do this. We reserve the right to use a different service for multiple purchases, e.g. 2nd Class is only possible up to 2kg so we would use a courier instead. For items outside of the EU, US, Can, Aus and NZ we will only use recorded delivery services. Please note that our shipping rates for items over 2KG do not include UK Highlands & Islands, Malta, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Greek Islands due to higher courier charges. For these destinations, please ask us for a quote. Items over 2kg cannot currently be shipped to Russia due to customs restrictions.

Customer service / feedback

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If there is any problem with your items, please follow eBay guidelines and let us know before opening a case or leaving negative feedback. We can resolve any issue and we certainly don't like unhappy customers! Assuming your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave feedback for us. We always leave feedback for our buyers.

Returns and refunds

All new goods are guaranteed and a full refund is given for items returned within 7 days. Return postage will also be paid for faulty items. For used goods, the same policy as for new items normally applies. However, please see the item description for condition and guarantee as we may be unable to provide guarantees on items we are unable to test fully, e.g. telephone systems. For overseas buyers, shipping costs will only be refunded for faulty items.
