The best price/performance ratio for life expectancy of old equpment
The best price/performance ratio to upgrade older equipment. My Toshiba Satellite A-205 from 2006 (already upgraded to SSD and max. 4GB of memory) displayed higher benchmarks and a general performance improvement. It does not run very much faster, but rather smoother against the original T5300. Combined with the 64-bit Windows 7, it still makes a very usable piece of hardware for general purposes. The T7200 runs some 10-12 degrees C hotter, but that is no drama for what the machine does.
