We generally ship every day. Please note that we use the actual shoe box as the shipping container for the shoes, or we package the shoes in a padded envelope. We do this to cut down on expense (postage costs keep increasing and using a heavy box can sometimes add $3 of cost for a cross-country shipment) and waste. Most of our shoe boxes are in less-than-mint condition, as our inventory comes from department stores and online retailers. If you are planning to give this as a gift, keep in mind that the shoe box will not likely be suitable for that purpose (though the shoes themselves should be). If the shoe box is a vital part of your order, please contact us to inquire about the condition of the box before your purchase.
We have no problem with returns as long as they come back in the same condition as they were sent. Please include the original packing slip on your return. Refunds will be given upon receipt back to us.
