The boat is in Naples florida, 30' from Fort Myers .It is not in a good shape wood got rot from a leaky deck,teak is fine .
The hull is in very good condition no blisters, the cockpit is removed , I saved the parts to rebuild the new one .
I am asking $ 25000 for aluminum masts, rigging, sails, engine, propeller ,shaft ,dripless seal,etc
All of these are new or close.The retail is over $ 80000
Also the Keel is 14000 pounds of lead at about $1/lbs
Engine is a Volvo turbo diesel 135 hp 200 hours ( $ 16000 ) Running fine.
Spars are new , made and installed by "Annapolis mast Co" 20 years ago ( $ 36000 )
Condition of the boat :
Bad Cabin floor, cabinetry need to be done, All the facade cabinet are in good shape ,the interior plywood is delaminating
Hull is fiberglass , perfect no blister, some scratches ,the boat stayed on land over 25 years.

Aft of the chain locker in the forepeak is a guest cabin with 2 single berth to starboard, lockers underneath, and a hanging closet to port. Privacy door aft leads to a midship cabin with a large single berth to starboard with lockers underneath, and port access to forward head. Forward head has a separate tub shower , Jabsco manual marine toilet, stainless sink in a counter top, cabinet and mirror. Continuing aft is another privacy door leading to a lower salon with a curved settee and coffee table with storage to starboard. There is a desk and storage lockers opposite to port. Facing aft, AC/DC Electrical panel . Facing forward is a second access door to the forward head. Up four steps with teak hand rails to the upper salon with a lower steering disconnected because of the autopilot . An L shape settee follows with a hi-lo dinette. Galley is opposite to starboard. Down to the owner's aft cabin. This cabin has a large double berth mid cabin, surrounding lockers, and hanging and draw storage to starboard, and another head to port. The aft head has a stainless sink that need to be rebuild, hand held shower , a manual marine toilet, two opening ports, mirror & cabinets. The vessel had teak parquet sole throughout that need to be rebuild,part of it removed.
