In reality, EVERY ITEM shipped out of our warehouse is SCANNED by UPS, USPS AND MOM shippers. So every package has some kind of tracking number. BUT...DON'T ASSUME THAT YOU CAN TRACK THE DELIVERY PROGRESS OF EVERY ITEM THAT YOU ORDER.
UPS has Progressive Delivery Tracking. If your order is shipped by UPS, you will receive an E-Mail with your Tracking Number within 12 hours of your item being picked up by UPS. You can Track Your Order online at: www.ups.com
USPS(United States Postal Service) TRACKING
USPS does NOT have Progressive Delivery Tracking. But they DO offer DELIVERY CONFIRMATION Tracking-giving you the Date & Time of when your order was delivered.
You can request Delivery Confirmation for Nat'l. and Intern'l. Orders for an extra service fee by contacting us by E-Mail within 4 Hours after winning item(s) on EBay.

Items Damaged in Shipping
If an item arrives to you you in damaged condition, you MUST notify MyHearGear(by e-mail) within 24 hours of receiving the item......EBAY MESSAGING
Report the damage immediately to the the Shipping Carrier( UPS or U.S. Post Service). ***IMPORTANT- The damaged item AND the Packing Material & Accessories MUST BE RETAINED until the matter is solved with the Shipping Carrier. We will do everything we can to help you through this process.
