TESTING & FUNCTIONAL NOTES:
 This item was tested and is in partially working condition. The tuner fully powered on when plugged in. The display and buttons are functional. We were able to patch the unit into our audio system and produce audio with the unit, however the unit produces a loud humming noise that comes out of the speakers even when the volume is low. The remote control receiver fully powered on as well. We were unable to fully test this item because we do not have a remote control. The items for sale are Guaranteed Working as Described! When you receive a Guaranteed item from OC Depot, it should perform as described. In the rare situation that this is not the case, we will send a replacement upon safe return of the original item within 7 days of receiving the item. If a replacement is not available we will honor the terms of our Money-Back Guarantee. We do not refund the shipping charges because we are unable to recoup these costs. This auction is for a used item in fair cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches. See photos for detail. Both units have scuffs and scratches on the exterior. The wooden paneling for the Amplifier has some dents and light gouges. The Remote Control Center has a deep scratch on the front face, and the wooden paneling has pieces missing. STORE & PAYMENT POLICIES:
• Paypal payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. California residents pay 7.75 % Sales Tax.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• By bidding, the buyer accepts ALL terms and policies listed in this auction. If buyer disagrees with any of the terms stated herein they will not bid.
• OCDepot is not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller. OCDepot is responsible for holding all goods until the sale is completed and the purchase has been shipped.
• Buyers who fail to pay within 7 days of auction close may be assessed a late payment fee. After 7 days have elapsed OCDepot may choose to assess a restocking fee AND re-offer the item for sale.
• Canceled transactions will be subject to a restocking fee which is equal to 30% of the purchase price of the item.
• Minor errors or omissions do not invalidate the stated purchase terms. In the rare case of a major or gross mistake as determined by an OC Depot representative, we will typically go beyond the stated purchase terms.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:
• Our automated and streamlined shipping practices provide for a fast and risk-free transaction where most items ship within 24 hours of receiving confirmed payment!
• The buyer pays one shipping charge which covers postage, packaging, handling, delivery confirmation, and tracking. Insurance may be extra for some items.
• Buyers can not arrange their own shipping. Local pickups are available for a $10 handling fee.
• Items of 1 pound or less typically ship by USPS Priority mail, while heavier items typically ship by UPS Ground. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes the buyer must provide a physical shipping address.
• Our system automatically uses the shipping address indicated by Ebay/PayPal and ignores the Notes section.
• We use experience-proven shipping materials and packaging techniques. Products may be disassembled prior to shipping as appropriate to ensure their safety and minimize shipping costs.
• Problems are rare however if an item is damaged on arrival, buyer agrees to notify us within 3 days with a contact phone number, and make the item and the original packaging available for inspection for another 10 days.
• We will notify our shipping carrier who will then have an opportunity to assess the nature of the damage. After our shipping carrier has made their determination we will then effect a timely resolution.
• In the rare event that actual shipping charges are more than the amount quoted in the auction, buyer will be presented with the option of canceling the purchase or paying the actual shipping cost (Packaging and handling fees are waived).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• At the bottom of this auction page under "Shipping, payment details and return policy" you will be able to see or calculate the shipping cost for your country.
• This single shipping charge covers postage (typically via Airmail), packaging, handling, customs forms, and our trip to the post office.
• Because International shipping issues are outside of our control the buyer agrees that we have completely fulfilled our obligations once we ship your item and obtain a customs receipt.
• To be clear, having the item shipped across International borders invalidates any otherwise stated guarantee or warranty. In the rare event that actual shipping charges are more than the amount paid, Buyer will be presented with the option of canceling the purchase or paying the correct shipping and handling costs.
• Canadian buyers may have the choice to use UPS or USPS at the time of checkout. We recommend UPS, but will ship by whatever method is communicated to us directly thru ebay/paypal.
• UPS shipping is done daily, is typically cheaper, and may incur higher customs fees (we do have a special agreement with UPS that discounts these fees to $10 for items under $200).
• USPS shipping is done 1-2 times per week, is typically more expensive, and tends to have lower custom fees for items over $200.
