Shipping Policy

We do NOT offer combined shipping and each item will need to be purchased and shipped separately. We apologize for any inconvenience.

USA Orders:
Courier: UPS
Time Frame: 14 business days for ground shipping.
Expedited Shipping is not available for any orders at this time

All orders shipping to a PO Box will be shipped USPS and tracking information cannot be guaranteed.
APO and FPO addresses will be charged an additional $5 shipping fee and shipped out USPS. Please make sure someone will be available to accept the order, otherwise your package may be returned to us.
International Orders:
Please note that shipping for each additional item is only free if you are purchasing two or more of the same exact item. It does NOT apply to different items.

International Shipping Time Frame: 4-5 weeks

Expedited shipping is NOT available for international orders.

Your package will be subject to customs/duty charges. DHL and Karmaloop are not responsible for customs/duties charges as costs are determined by your local customs office.
We CANNOT mark international orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees, however we try to minimize these charges by listing the ‘wholesale’ cost of your package on the commercial invoice.

If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your PayPal account within two to three business days.
Orders are shipped out only on business days. The following are a list of our holidays and considered to be a non-business day:

Returns & Exchanges

Please read all stipulations before processing a return. If you have any questions about our return and exchange policy, please send us a message or contact customer support for assistance at 1-877-GOKARMA.

You may return an item(s) within the first 7 days after delivery date so long as the item(s) is in the exact condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging in order to receive a full refund.
Karmaloop is NOT responsible for return shipping cost; however you may purchase a label when you create a return.

Items that have been worn and/or contain stains cannot be returned. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. If you do return such items, Karmaloop will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

To process a return and receive an RMA number call us at 877-465-2762 (617-695-0689 for International).

All returns must have a RMA number and a return label on the package. Please include the reason for return on the original invoice and place inside the package with the items being sent back. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.

Once an RMA is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately.

You have 14 days upon receipt to set up your RMA.

Your return must be shipped within 3 days of the RMA being processed. You may exchange an item within 3 days of receipt for another item or store credit.

Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed. Exchange items will only be shipped out once the return has been completely processed.

Shoe Return Policy
We accept returns for shoes 7 days from the date of receipt only if there is a defect in the shoe, or if they are unworn. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned.
All returns must come with the original shoe box. DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box because they would be damaged in transit. Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted. 

Swimsuit Policy
Karmaloop only accepts returns on swimsuits if the hygiene sticker is still attached to the swimsuit.

Underwear Policy
Karmaloop does not accept returns on underwear and intimates.

Toy Return Policy
We do not accept returns for toys and hard goods on non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different Toy or Hard Good item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within THREE (3) DAYS from the date of receipt.

The Karmaloop Story

In a world dominated by cookie-cutter clones the evil forces of McFashion spread it’s awful agenda throughout the universe. The masses lived in a dark and bland world of predictability and boredom. The culture had been contaminated and Individual style was nonexistent.

This was not to stand in the year of our ‘Loop 2000, a beacon of hope flashed from the Northeast guided by an intrepid entrepreneur and his rebel alliance of culturists who rose to battle the evil forces of McFashion. They set out to create a lifestyle brand...something that was more than just an e-commerce site but also a community of style and a full-fledged media powerhouse!

The leader who emerged was Greg Selkoe and his rebel army was to be known throughout the universes as Karmaloop. And with your help as well as that from reinforcements worldwide over the past decade, the rebels have beat back the clones and McFashion’s empire has been crumbling under the weight of individuality ever since!

It started, like many revolutions, in the underground. A basement to be more specific - Greg’s parents basement to be exact. While hundreds upon thousands of dot com ventures began to disintegrate, Karmaloop ignored doubts, attacks and negativity (“The Internet?! Ha! You'll never make money off the Internet! ”) after that moving operations to a dilapidated piano factory run by a lunatic landlord... and subsequently chasing out crackheads busting in the office, grinding for low or no money while working other “day jobs,” dealing with floods, theft, and fraudsters, engaging in drinking binges and making numerous trips to New York on the Fung Wah Bus aka “the Chicken Run”. All of it to get the gear you really wanted into your closet and concrete culture into your mind. Yet through it all Karmaloop never lost faith for one good reason...cause you had their back.

Against all odds, the rebels weathered the battles and became true dot com survivors. They have moved a couple times since (more crazy landlords, however) and now employ roughly 130 20 and 30-somethings that run Karmaloop in offices in Boston, NY, and LA. They don’t just work for Karmaloop, they live the culture, and it is with that dedication and loyalty and of course the best customers in the world- the site has grown into the cultural force Karmaloop is today. Without the incredible support from their family, friends and partners Karmaloop simply would not exist.  But once again the most important key to Karmaloop’s existence is you, the customers and viewers, that has never doubted, spread the word and showed patience.
