Great little reader - lightweight and working with SDXC cards
The card reader is really compact. The little leash (string) is not needed because it's bending the micro SD card a bit. I was afraid that it'll eventually break it so I removed it. The reading speed is the normal for USB 2.0 The quality is good, the reader has metal casing and it's robust

This item is very useful and easy to use but it can destroy the memory card. The slot for the card is too tight, so it scratches the paint of the card or even breaks it.

I have had one of these for probably 8 years. These are my second set. So small it fits in your badge holder. Durable. Last one got swiped into trash. Someone thought it was dirt. That’s how small. Almost waterproof. Didn’t have a detachable clip like the last one. Price is so good I bought 3.

Best Ultralight mSD Reader Available
I had one of these several years ago in its earlier so-called T119 form (limited to SD standard of the day). It worked great (it still in fact works fine seven years on), it was used extensively, often got very warm after a long transfer. The lack of protection of the contacts never once was an issue, even with occassional carrying in the coin pouch of a wallet. With the arrival of SDHC & SDXC cards I went through a series of different ultralights, most fell apart or stopped working after limited use, the only ones I liked and kept working were some MX type in different colours for easy identification.
