All custom orders' (including small curls, add density, small and large cap, add bangs, silk top, glueless wigs and some wig special produced based on your demands), returns not accepted if the item has no quality problem.
All the shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund/credit shipping charges, or pay for the return shipment to us.
All returns must be approved.
