We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your product. If this is not the case and you wish a refund you can do so by returning the product(s) to us within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original, unworn re-saleable condition. The item being returned should be with its original packaging box/tags/poly bag etc. (which ever applies).
When returning you should return with the returns policy provided to you in the box. This should be filled out with all the information needed Name, eBay USER ID and your Record Number. If this is not within your box please return with your invoice or email us we will send you a copy of the returns form.
If you need a different size/colour/style the easiest way to do so is to purchase the new item you wish on our site. Then you can be assured that we have your request and it will be on its way to you quickly. You can then return the original or unwanted pair back to us for a refund. Including all the relevant information inside the box.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT INCLUDING YOUR INFORMATION WITHIN THE PARCEL.
Before sending them back please request a return though eBay you will find this in you purchase history in your 'My eBay' drop down menu - 'Purchase history'. This will insure we know your item is coming and we can process the refund must faster this way.
Once we receive your item back for a refund the process will take around 5 working days from the day we receive to be refunded. If you are planning to purchase another size/colour/style you can still do so and we will refund once the item has been returned.
Unfortunately no delivery charges are refundable unless the goods are faulty or if there were mistake on our behalf.
Although these shoes are very well made and of very high quality we do not accept any returns for the loss of any diamante stones during wear. If you have any problem with this policy then please make sure you consider this before purchasing.
