Shipping Time:

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received and delivery time is within 3-5 business days (US buyers), unless the order is out of stock and we will send you a message. All orders paid with e-Check, will be shipped after it has been cleared by PayPal (7 days after payment by the buyer).

Delivery time for buyers from Canada and Mexico is 7-10 business days

Shipping Address:

Each order will be shipped to designated mailing address from buyers’ PayPal account.

If the package is returned due to out-of-date or incomplete address, there will be additional shipping charge of $1.95 USD. We will send a message and "Request Money" through PayPal, once the payment and current address have been received the package will be reshipped. Make sure that your mailing address is current or send a message for further instruction of specific different mailing address.

Delivery Confirmation:

All orders will generate Delivery Confirmation/tracking numbers automatically sent to the buyers’ e-mail addresses once the automated label has been received, it is the responsibility of the buyers to check the status of the shipment through tracking numbers if the order does not arrive 10 days (US buyers) after payment. The buyer are welcome to send a message to the seller and we will find the solution promptly.

Payment:

All orders are payable with PayPal. You can still pay without having a PayPal account.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, just enter via the eBay ‘Pay Now’ button and you’ll be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card information and also you’ll be automatically redirected to a secure page in eBay checkout where you can enter your credit card information.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

All items are eligible for return & exchange within 10 (ten) days from date of purchase. To meet the eligibility for an exchange, each returned item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Failure to comply with the term above, return & exchange will not be eligible and the buyer will be charged for the cost of same returned item plus shipping and S&H charges (for outside US buyers). The buyer is responsible for shipping fees for returned items. If the returned item is damaged upon received, a refund or exchange will be granted including reshipping cost only within 10 days from date of purchase. Shipping cost for returned items will be reimbursed only when shipped with USPS First Class Mail (US buyers).

All refund is only for the cost of the item, it does not include S&H charges (international buyers).

Returned items must include buyer's eBay user ID with the explaination. There will be a delay if there is no information.
