BATS REQUIRES PLAYERS TO HIT THE BALL PROPERLY ON THE CORRECT PART OF THE BARREL
AND WILL DEVELOP PROPER HITTING SKILLS. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED WITH BREAKING A
BAT PLEASE CONSIDER ONE OF THE MANY COMPOSITE WOOD BATS ON THE MARKET. THEY DO
NOT REQUIRE THE SKILL THAT REAL WOOD BATS DO BUT ARE MUCH MORE FORGIVING FOR BAD
HITS ON THE HANDLE AND END OF THE BARREL AND GENERALLY COME WITH A 30-90 DAY

UPS Ground Shipping times in transit. PR, AK, HI and other non contiguous 48 US territories are excluded from these transit times as their packages ship USPS Priority for which we can not provide accurate times in transit. To calculate how long it will take to receive your item if you opt for UPS ground use the map below. Items ship Monday through Friday. Payments received before 3PM EST will ship the same day Monday through Friday. Payments received after 3PM EST Friday will ship the follwing Monday when carrier service resumes. Weekends and Holidays do not count as delivery days so if you are in a 5 day area that will equal 1 week in transit from the day of shipment. We go to lengths above and beyond those of most sellers to let you know when to expect your item so please feel free to ask us a question if you need help figuring out how long delivery will take BEFORE finalizing a purchase.
Shipping times reflect days in transit from the day of shipment. Do not calculate Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays into the time in transit as UPS does not deliver or move packages on weekends. PAYMENT
We accept Paypal and Credit card payments.
CT buyers must add 6% state sales tax.
Paypal instant payments and credit card payments ship immediately. Paypal echecks will be held until the payment clears as they are the same as a paper check and just as likely to have problems clearing. Most US echecks clear within 3-4 business days, International echecks usually clear within 7-14 days.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I sent payment through paypal and the funds were taken from my checking account, Paypal has not marked the item paid. Why?
A: You paid using a Paypal echeck. Please choose another payment option when sending a Paypal payment.
Q: You emailed me a shipping notification and tracking # and the tracking # doesn't work. Why?
A: You have tried to enter the tracking # too soon after shipment or typed the number incorrectly on the UPS website. We send shipping notifications within 48 hours of shipping, usually the same day we ship. The tracking # will not be available to track on the carriers website until the package has been scanned at their terminal and sent on its way. Please wait until at least 10pm EST the day of shipment to try to track a package.
Q: Can I have my package sent to and address other than the one I have registered on Ebay and Paypal?
A: Yes. But, any changes to your shipping address should be done through Paypal. We will not be held responsible if you email us an address different than the one you provide with payment. It takes only a minute to add a shipping address to your Paypal account so please take the time to do it properly to avoid any problems. We often ship orders within a couple minutes of the payment being sent and use the address provided with payment as the address we will ship to. If you do not send us a change of address properly and the shipment is sent to your original Paypal address you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs to have the package rerouted.
Q: I paid for my item on Friday afternoon of last week and it has been 8 days since then. Where is my item?
A: You are probably located in the West, West-Midwest or Southwest part of the country. If you pay for an item on a Friday afternoon your time, it is early evening our time so the shipment can't be made until the following Monday morning. This means that if you live across the country from us you may not get the bat that week. If you have any question about how long it will take for your package to arrive please visit UPS.com and use zip code 06851 to calculate time in transit. There time in transit page will let you know how long you should have to wait.
Q: I purchased the wrong item. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A: Yes and no. If you purchased the wrong item and want a refund we allow returns for items IN ORGINAL PACKAGING. Please see our return policy below. We do not offer to exchange sizes or models under any circumstances only returns.

COMBINED SHIPPING
Combined shipping is available for items which can be shipped in one carton. To be eligible for combined shipping items must be purchased within 5 days and all item must be paid for in ONE PAYMENT so please wait until you have finished purchasing to make your payment. Each time you buy another item within 5 days of the first purchase a new combined invoice will be sent.
Baseball/Softball/Training/Coaching Bats generally can only ship with other bats so If you buy a batting helmet and a bat there is no shipping discount since they will have to ship in separate boxes. Shoes, gloves, bags, helmets, catcher's gear, and just about anything else can be combined with any item other than a bat.
Combined Rates:
US orders: For buyers purchasing multiple items shipping is $2 for each item after the first with the highest shipping charge prevailing as the first charge. For example, if you purchase two pair of shoes at $10 shipping each, one bag at $15 shipping and one glove at $12 shipping, The shipping will be $21.00 ($15 plus 3 at $2) Expedited services combine at higher rates and depend upon each item ordered.
Canadian Orders: Canadian buyers will pay $6 additional for each bat, glove, helmet, pair of shoes or other 1-3 pound item. Items like bags, catcher's gear pieces and helmets will be $10 additional. If you have any question about the combined shipping charge email us before you purchase.
International Orders: No more than 5 items can be shipped together for combined shipping for international shipments.
