Our furniture ship out via a freight company which offers tracking service. They will deliver "curbside" delivery and will bring merchandise up to the front door or a garage area.

Delivery Agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment (Mon-Fri Only)
You will have a tracking # for your shipment to keep track of its location
Driver will offload your item to the curb at end of your driveway.
It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will help in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
Package will be boxed and may arrive on a pallet.
They will "NOT" take merchandise inside a house, or setup the furniture.

At the time of delivery please be sure to inspect the entire shipment to make sure there is no damage. Be sure to indicate any damage you find on the delivery receipt before signing. This is VERY important. We cannot replace a part if damage is caused by the shipping company and a proper claim isn't filed.

CANADIAN BUYERS: PLEASE NOTE that the shipping price DOES NOT include, duty, tax, broker fees etc. The shipping fee only covers the cost of freight. Please consult a customs broker to determine additional import charges you will incur at time of delivery.
