We ship with the US Postal Service or UPS, depending on the size, weight and value of the order. If you have problems receiving UPS delivery, please contact us prior to purchase. Domestic shipping outside the continental United States may necessitate additional cost. Shipping costs are not negotiable and will be added on top of Best Offer without exception. Please account for shipping before making your offer.
Combined shipping is available for purchases of more than one item. Rates are determined by quantity and size of items and the shipping location. For domestic (US) orders the cost is generally $1-2 per additional item. When purchasing multiple items, please wait to be issued a combined invoice before making individual payments. We are not responsible for combining shipping if you choose to pay for each item separately. All payments must be made with Paypal.
International shipping is done with US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS and includes tracking and insurance, signature required. Listed international shipping costs are estimates; we reserve the right to revise shipping costs or cancel an order if the amount paid is insufficient to cover the actual cost to ship. If there is a need to adjust the international shipping cost we will contact you for your approval. Shipping cost quotes are available by request.
We can only ship to your confirmed PayPal address. Packages usually take 5 to 8 days to arrive at their destination, but may be delayed at customs. For insurance and legal purposes we are obligated to report sales accurately to customs.
*CUSTOMS FEES* - International packages are subject to customs fees which take the form of an additional payment on delivery. You are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country''s customs. We cannot predict, control or refund customs charges, as the payment is not made to our company.
*IMPORTANT* - If you refuse the delivery of a package (for example, due to customs fees) you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to your door and then back to us. We strongly advise against refusing a delivery as it will be very costly.
All items are sold as new in original packaging unless otherwise specified. Pictures shown are generally stock photos and are not necessarily the exact copy you will receive.
We understand the needs of collectors and ensure that all products leave our warehouse with the packaging in excellent condition, packed carefully by our professional shipping department. However, we cannot guarantee against normal shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. If you are unhappy with the condition of the packaging we welcome you to return the product to us through our normal return policy, subject to a restocking fee. In the rare case of major damage to packaging or damage to contents, please contact us by ebay messaging.
Please be aware that once an item has been opened and used, we cannot accept a return based on condition. If our returns department determines that an item was damaged through use, we cannot refund the original payment or shipping costs.

1) We must be notified of intent to return within 7 days of receipt of the product.
2) The item must still be in the same condition in which it was shipped. If an item is broken during use, we cannot accept a return. If merchandise is returned opened or in condition unfit for resale we cannot refund the purchase price or return shipping. Please pack your returns carefully.
3) If the reason for the return was an error on our part (for example, we mistakenly sent the wrong item) we will reimburse all shipping costs related to the return.
4) If the reason for the return was not an error on our part the customer is responsible for all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
5) Packages marked "refused" or "undeliverable" are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. We are not responsible for a package that was lost or misdirected because the customer provided the incorrect address.
Ship all returns using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is large or very valuable, contact us before arranging the return. Please include the order number and reason for return on the invoice.
Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of when we receive the returned merchandise. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a refund to be issued.
