All international items are sent Air Mail, but remember we have no control of them once they are posted. 

Please allow up to 14 days (after payment) within Canada for your item to arrive, and a few more to the U.S.A.

The good news is that it’s usually much faster than this, but delays can happen, and mail is almost invariably slower during holidays. Delays can occur due to bad weather, or at routine customs clearance. Shipping times outside North America can vary dramatically, if something is required urgently it's best to ask us before ordering how long you can expect your package to take. If an item has not arrived after 30 days please contact us.

Paypal shipping is used for almost all international orders and also for large domestic orders. Please ensure your address is correct on your Paypal account before bidding/buying,as that is the address your package will be shipped to. If you need an item sent to a different address you must enquire before paying as we often send items out extremely fast after payment received. It is too late to tell us of an address change after an item has been mailed!

Our shipping charges reflect our actual costs, in postage, insurance, and in protective packaging. If you have queries regarding shipping, please enquire before ordering.

Returns are at buyers’ expense unless the item is faulty.

Materials and Customization: Because we make these items ourselves, almost all designs that include beads can be substituted with other colours, materials, or designs of beads. Beads can also be removed or added to designs on request. If no alternative request or preference is given, item supplied will be as in photo. Please do enquire for any variation you require, the answer is usually "Yes".
