While Charles & Colvard created Moissanite® is extremely hard, durable and resistant to abrasion and chipping, it, like all other gemstones, is not indestructible. Care for your moissanite jewelry just as you would other fine jewelry, taking precautions not to wear rings and bracelets when doing rough work with your hands to avoid sharp blows.

Moissanite jewelry can be safely cleaned the same way you would other fine jewelry; for example, in a jewelry ultrasonic cleaner or by using a commercial (non-acid based) jewelry cleaner.

In the unlikely event you will need to return your purchase please read the following important information:

We always stand behind every piece of jewelry and stone that  we sell. We offer a unconditional 5 day no questions asked money back policy. If for some reason you decide you do not want to keep your purchase  we require you to notify us within 5 days via email or our ebay contact information. We will promptly send you an RA# and then you will be required to mail the merchandise back within 10 days of the receipt of the item. We cannot take back merchandise that has been resized or altered or worn. Merchandise will have to be returned in the same condition and with all the certificates and packaging that were sent with it. Special orders cannot be returned. We will replace any item that is defective. All items must be mailed back fully insured. We will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged when they are shipped back to us. Once your return is received we will refund your money minus any shipping charges occured by us. Of course we stand behind everything we sell and will do our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
