Bidding and Payment

A bid on any auction is a contract to buy at your bid price should you be successful. Your payment by PayPal is required within seven (7) days of the auction close.

If you do not intend to pay for your purchases,

please do not bid on this auction.

Failure to pay within the noted seven (7) days will be considered a breach of contract and the appropriate actions will be taken. This is a distasteful process which wish to avoid.

If in the end we cannot come to an arrangement, simply return the goods for inspection and upon receipt you will receive your entire purchase price INCLUDING the original shipping charges. I ask only that you give me the chance to make things right with you.   

Like many things, there is a time limit on returns. Your notification must be sent within 7 days of delivery of the item in question.   

Shipping & Consolidation

All wins will be processed within three (3) days of close of the auction.  I will be happy to combine your wins. On YOUR request your wins will be held / consolidated for up to five (5) days from the date of your first win in order to economize on shipping. 

 Additional Shipping Notes -

Canada Post rates continue to increase.  The shipping and handling charge quoted is based on this auction item only.  In every case I will select the lowest rate that meets your requirements to economize on shipping. If there is a savings to be had in shipping costs, I will pass this savings on.

The charges calculated for shipping this item shown in the "Shipping & Handling" section of the auction are generated by Canada Post based on your Postal/ZIP Code and the shipping method selected.  

I do NOT control these charges.

I do not skimp on shipping materials.  Since the items I sell can be quite delicate I use only quality packing materials.  Good packing material is essential to secure and safe arrival of your purchases.  Good clean materials are not free.  

VERY Important Delivery Notes -

Please note that unless you request an alternate shipping method, your wins will be shipped 'lowest cost' method.  This usually means surface and this can mean SIGNIFICANT delivery times, especially outside of North America.  In most cases this also means that there is NO TRACKING available for packages.

If you require TRACKING of your package, you MUST indicate this BEFORE you pay for your win(s).  A revised invoice will be issued to reflect any additional cost.

International buyers, (other than the USA) VERY  IMPORTANT - PLEASE TAKE NOTE

Due to several recent delivery problems with international shipments, Canada Post International Parcel is the minimum service that will be used.  This provides tracking for the package and thus allows control of loss and compensation from Canada Post. 

Unfortunately, this will increase the shipping costs for international deliveries.
