All damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer box is not damaged). Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.
When the buyer received a damage or loss package, please email us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier (only apply to UPS/Fedex). Replacement item will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. However, if the claim is denied, we will NOT be responsible for the lost package (this does not apply to damaged item). For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an exchange only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.

All product returns MUST have our permission issued by us. Please contact us via email to request the returned before sending back the item.
