1.Returns / Refunds are only acceptable of quality defection or incorrect product. All the shipping and handling fee will be at buyers cost. Buyer is responsible for shipping damage and lost package on all return items.
2.Return/Refund request must be made within 3 days after you received your item
3.When item damaged or lost during the shipment, customers are required to submit claims for compensation to EMS. We are not responsible for the safety of the transportation, but we will resend you the replacement ASAP after the damage proof established at your local postal office at your own cost and gamage report must be filed. You will received a claim number on the paper in order for us to send out replacement.
4.Please check the item status immediately upon receipt of the product, and contact us within 24 hours of wrong color match, wrong product or damaged item ..etc.
