Mark Nason and Hugo Boss footwear usually run ½ size larger.  If you are unfamiliar with fitting for these brands, please purchase ½ size smaller than your normal size.  Example: if you normally wear size 10, please purchase size 9.5

Refund & Exchange:

The items must be in the same condition as it was when it left our facility.  Exchanges will not be honored if: packing tape is applied directly onto the box; the item/box is damage.  Buyer assumes all shipping fees.  If the item has a Free Shipping promotion, then buyer is responsible for reimbursing us the original shipping fee.
