1. ITEM CONDITION
This item may be returned provided:
- Item packaging seal is not broken.
- Item packaging must be in its original condition and in resalable condition.
- Item is new, unused, unopened, and not worn or washed.
2. OBTAIN RMA
Send a note using eBay member to member email communication and request for an RMA within 14 days from receipt. Provide following details:
- eBay Sales Record Number.
- eBay Item Number.
- Reason for return.
3. CANCELLATION PROCESS
- Item cancellation process will be initiated by seller.
- Buyer needs to accept cancellation note sent by eBay - available in eBay mail inbox.
4. REFUND
- S&H is non refundable.
- For items with free shipping, actual S&H amount is non refundable.
- Restocking fee 20% of item price is non refundable.
- If item has already been shipped by seller, refund will be processed after item is received back in acceptable condition (see Item Condition above for details).
5. RETURN SHIPPING
