TERMS OF SALE

CONDITION:

All our shoes are brand new. None of them is customer return or second. They are all in perfect condition and in their original designer boxes. On the very rare occasion that the shoes do not fit, or it has any defect, please do not worry, we accept returns. 

FAULTY, DAMAGED or NOT AS DESCRIBED:

We try very hard to describe our items’ condition as best we can but if you feel that your item was not accurately described please contact us. We are always more than willing to work something out, but please contact us first.

In the unlikely event that you find your item to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately to inform us of the problem. We will ask you to return the item and after inspection and confirmation that the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described we will replace/refund and reimburse your return postage costs to the value of Regular Mail.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange your item then please return your item by following the same procedure as above. We do not charge postage to send your replacement item to you; however, you must pay the postage costs for returning the item to us. When completing the reason for return on the packing slip, please indicate which item you would like to exchange for.

FEEDACK POLICY: 

Your satisfaction is our first priority as our business is based on your feedback. We are humans and sometimes mistakes do happen. If you have any complain and want to leave a negative/neutral feedback and hurt our business, please contact us first. We will investigate to see what went wrong so that we can resolve it to your satisfaction, and to avoid recurrence in the future. We promise to deal with any complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: 

We accept PayPal as our primary method of payment. All types of Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal ONLY. Local taxes are applied to all local pick-ups even if you are not an Ontario resident.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS: 

Non-paying bidders will not be tolerated. A non-paying bidder alert will be posted 7 days after the auction is over unless payment is settled. Non-payers will receive a non-pay strike.

TAXES & DUTIES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees associated with shipping to their respective countries excluding Canadian residents. It is recommended that you research what taxes may be applicable on this item prior to bidding. These taxes may be assessed by your government and collected on delivery independent of the final sale price for this item. We have no knowledge of or control over customs regulations of any country. Canadian residents please be aware all purchases are subject HST tax.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: 

All items will be dispatch with 24 hours, unless public holidays. For International shipping estimates please message us with the country of destination and we’ll be glad to let you know. We do have some restricted/excluded countries to which we do not ship, please check drop down for shipping on listing page. We do not ship to any African Country.

For Canada/USA please provide Province/State & Postal/Zip Code. We can also combine shipping charges so let us know if you’re interested in any other items and we’ll quote them together. All items are shipped by Canada Post but if package is too large or too valuable then we will ship by UPS, FedEx or Purolator to cover the added insurance or weight.

LOCAL PICK-UPS: 

Available on all items and are located in the Brampton (GTA) area. A Pick up appointment must be made for all items being picked up. Pick ups must be paid for by Cash. Unlike most sellers who won't allow pick up or whom charge exorbinent fees for pick up, we welcome it and it is at no charge. You will however, have to come at our convenience and an appointment MUST be made via email.

REFUNDS:

We operate a 14-Day No Quibble Refund/Exchange Policy of undamaged item/packaging. Item Refunds are made on the same day that a return is received. Please be aware Refunds do not include ANY shipping costs.

Please ensure that your item is securely wrapped, pay the appropriate return postage charge, and enclose the item number with a note of the reason for return and please enclose a note giving your name and address. It is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used, as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of the loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim through used Courier. Please send your item to:

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Size: Some of our shoes are labelled in UK size.  So upon receiving the shoes please don't think we sent you wrong (0.5 smaller) size.  UK size is 0.5 smaller than US size.
