1. We ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground within the continental USA depending on the weight of the order.

2. All domestic shipments are insured and trackable.

3. Delivery times vary by location. USPS Priority Mail is typically 2-3 business days after shipment. UPS Ground is typically 1-6 business days after shipment.

1. We ship either USPS Standard, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail International.

USPS STANDARD - This option is the cheapest option. Please note that this option does not include insurance and it does not include detailed tracking of the package. This is also the slowest method. We do NOT recommend utilizing this shipping method to ship to Brazil, China, Russia or Africa as this service transfers the package to local shipping companies and we have experienced lost packages in those countries.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE - This option is faster but slightly more expensive. It does include insurance on the shipment, so if it is lost we will either send you another item or refund your purchase. This method does NOT include detailed tracking. Also only one pair of jeans can fit per envelope so there is NO discount on combined shipping.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE - This option is the safest way to ship internationally. This option offers BOTH insurance on the shipment as well as detailed tracking on the shipment. Because it offers detailed tracking, in the event the package is lost, we will be able to resend the item since we will be able to verify that it is lost. This option is also available for combined shipping.

3. Please note that flat rate envelopes do not offer the ability to combine shipping since the envelopes have limited dimensions. If you would like to purchase multiple items, please contact us (VIA eBay's messenging system) for a reduced shipping cost.

4. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. These are fees the buyer is responsible for and is not included in the fees to the seller.

5. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing so is against U.S. and international laws.

Return Policy
